Can I pay with a debit or credit card online?
Yes! Please search for your invoice number using the provided form. After searching for your invoice, click the "Pay Now" button and it will take you to Stripe's website, where you will be able to make your payment online with a debit or credit card.

Can I pay with a personal check?
Yes! You should receive a paper invoice in the mail with a return envelope and address slip for your convenience. Please make checks payable to "Ideal Appeals LLC" and mail it to our payment processing center at:
   Ideal Appeals LLC
   P.O. Box 31461
   Chicago, IL 60631

How will I receive my savings?
Your savings will not be received in the form of a refund from the county. Instead, when your property tax bill is issued, it will be for a smaller amount than it otherwise would have been had you not filed and won your appeal. Your savings are the difference between what you would have paid had you not filed and won your appeal, and what you actually paid.

I escrow. When will I receive my savings?
If your property taxes are included in your monthly mortgage payment, then your mortgage servicing bank will perform an escrow review once per year. When they perform this review, they will look at your current escrow balance, your latest property tax bill, and adjust your monthly payment accordingly. Typically, they perform this review in the fourth quarter each year, but your mortgage servicing bank will be able to answer when they do this specifically.
